Insignificant

I’m surfing the music that parts its way from the most conventional tempo, motion, rhythm; every piece of it except the form of music itself. Everyday we’re moving another millimeter closer to death and scariest of all, life. We’re losing another day to death and gaining life through experiences. A parallel journey towards the dawn of death; and life as well. Isn’t that comforting? Little petty insignificances make up for a conspicuous and significant life. Goals and resolutions make way for the humblest of all inconsequential elements like dreams and point-blank wishes that were scattered in the mud of heart. Being established becomes far inferior to the wind that caresses my face with its whispered lullaby. Lousy get-togethers fall short in collision with my lifelong desire to dance in his essence. I’m not exactly crazy about being recognized. No recognition can be greater than being recognized in your own world of yellow pages. Life is about skipping a step forward and landing on the next. It’s about holding your ground even if the earth shakes like nothing before. It’s that insignificant music that signifies the truth behind your existence. Take up the insignificant entities and make them significant to your insignificant selves.

That’s fine. That’s life. Let us enjoy the ride. We should not overthink things because one of the things I realized in this life, is that our mind is too limited to comprehend the infinitisimal truths of this world. And that is fine. Cheer up1 😀

I am not thinking of life as days which pass are bringing me closer to death. I think that would drive everyone mad, to constantly think that death is imminent. You loose all the joy of life by doing that.

The everyday things that occur in our lives – they are definitely the rhythm and beat that just keep the music going. They are all so worth it and what life really is about! Great poetry!!
